Consultation
At this stage we determine customer requirements for solar solution. We also determine if we can offer the solution to the client.

Delivery of Materials
We encourage first to deliver items to client before any installation is undertaken . The client must confirm he have received the items in good order. All the items to be delivered outside Nairobi must be fully paid before delivery.

Major System Components Estimate
Based on customers electrical items consumption and quantities. We can estimate major component the Solar Power system needed. This can also help customer determine if he/she has the right budget of the project.

Installation
All our installation are undertaken by trained , certified and experienced technician .For solar system to work optimally and avoid losses and void of warranties a professional installation must be undertaken

Site visit
This process is not a must since we can estimate accurately especially for 1kw -10kw systems . Our expert may conduct a site visit to ensure smooth Installation process.

Do you offer Installation services?
We have technical staff to undertake installation services . We also recommend installation to be done by approved technician for optimum performance of the system.
Do you offer delivery?
We provide free delivery around Nairobi for orders above Ksh. 250,000.00. For delivery outside nairobi we have partnered with companies such as wells fargo for delivery

Currently we have not implemented this model of payment
What is installation cost ?
Installation is depended on location, solar mounting structure ,mode of project implementation, size of the project etc.
What is the cost of delivery ?
Delivery is depended on location, mode of transport, number and size of items and transportation company. Our company will look for transportation that is secure , reliable and affordable
What are the mode of payment ?
Currently we only have MPESA Payment mode and bank transfer payment mode only
Do you have payment on delivery ?
We only have payment on delivery around Nairobi but client must pay a deposit of Ksh. 10,000.00 for the solar panels and orders above Ksh. 50,000.00
